Peachtree Christian Hospice is a 16-bed inpatient facility located on 8.7 peaceful acres in the Duluth area of Gwinnett County near I-85.  The facility allows us to meet the physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual needs of patients facing a life-limiting illness.
