Peachtree Christian Hospice, Inc. (PCH) has served the Greater Atlanta community since 2000, providing acute compassionate care patients and families facing a life-limiting illness. Our 16-bed in-patient facility is located on eight peaceful acres in the Duluth area of Gwinnett County.
Here our dedicated and caring staff meets the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families from all cultures and faiths, through an interdisciplinary plan of care. PCH focuses on providing the best possible care to your loved ones 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

We at Peachtree Christian Hospice are very mindful of our role during the end of life journey. Our own understanding and insight into anticipatory grief deepens with our connection to each patient and family. With this knowledge and deep commitment, the entire staff at Peachtree Christian Hospice joins our patients and families as tender guides and companions as they walk this unfamiliar and often very rugged road.
